5. Late Payments

Amounts not paid when due may be subject to reasonable late charges to the extent permitted by applicable law. PRIT may suspend or discontinue services for materially overdue accounts after providing reasonable notice.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Clients may request cancellation of services by providing written notice. Because consulting services may involve work performed, time reserved, research, planning, and other resources committed specifically to a client, refunds are not guaranteed.

Any refund will be determined based on the services performed, expenses incurred, and applicable agreement. Deposits or payments for completed services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, materials, methodologies, templates, systems, and other intellectual property owned or developed by PRIT remain the property of PRIT.

Client-specific deliverables will be governed by the applicable engagement agreement.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Consulting services are provided based on the information available and the agreed scope of work. PRIT does not guarantee any particular financial, operational, business, expansion, or other result.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRIT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or consulting services.

Any limitation of liability will be governed by applicable law and the applicable written agreement.

11. Privacy

PRIT's collection and use of personal information is governed by the PRIT Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
